Cultural Diversity, Social Justice and Equality

JE Community Services is committed to providing a workplace and place of care that is supportive of cultural diversity, social justice and equality. The association will support its clients by respecting their cultures, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation and religious beliefs.

We recognise that all people regardless of disability, culture, sexual identity/orientation etc. have the same rights as all Australians and have the right to be an included, valid and heard member of society, contribute to the world and fulfil their potential. JE Community Services will not only care for its clients but assist them in entering their wider communities by connecting them to government initiatives, mainstream and community-based activities.
